Windows 10: My Arteck HB192 bluetooth keyboard changes key configuration on a particular computer.

I bought a bluetooth keyboard that can connect to and easily switch between three devices. It works perfectly on my personal computer, but on my work computer the key configuration is different. Some keys are switched around, I can't even find the pipe key. It seems to be switching to another language, possibly US. However, I have uninstalled all but the UK language packs on the computer.The drivers all claim to be up-to-date and I'm not sure what else to try. It's very frustrating to work with.Help would be much appreciated.

How to change my Arteck bluetooth keyboard from US to UK layout, on a Windows laptop?

I read various posts and none helped me to do this. I tried it myself and it worked for me. See steps below:

1 - control panel>hardware & sound>devices and printers>your arteck bluetooth keyboard will be there. If not, re-link it via USB port or bluetooth so it will be displayed there.

2 - Right-click the bluetooth keyboard>regional>in format select English UK, from Match Windows display language.
By manually selecting English UK, from match windows display language should fix the problem.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to configure the keyboard layout:

  Open Settings and click on Time and Language.
  
• 
  Click on Region and Language.
  
• 
  Add the Country and click on add a language and select the language of your choice.
  
• 
  This will take time to download the pack.
  
• 
  Once this is done, Press Windows key + Space and press Space key to choose the keyboard layout.

Bootcamped Windows10: Blutooth ARTECK HB030B Keyboard Issues

I tried to do exactly what you said, I even took a screenshot to send you (See Below) but it still did not work. After a while of me talking with my family my computer randomly restarted, and when I tried to connect the ARTECK HB030B on launch, and though
I reached the bootcamp screen with the other keyboard, and was able to maneuver with the ARTECK; (this is normal, as in I've tried it before). Before hitting enter with the other keyboard plugged in, I removed it.

Much to my surprise, despite remembering that I've tried this before, (I may be wrong and not have tried it), it is still working and I am typing from it now.

My only question is a big one: how did this connect again despite your suggested fixes not working (apparently) right after?
