Windows 10: My acer is stuck in 94% update ,Rebooted still same thing .Last when it happened some one...

My acer laptop is stuck in 94 % update , rebooted and did the same thing.Last time when it happened some one walked me through to transfer how to transfer data to a memory stick to free the computer. Now I forgot , kindly help me

UPDATE STUCK AT 94%

A dell pc I was using is stuck at 94% I logged off and went to turn the computer off when I noticed it needed updated so I press the update then shut down option.

It has been stuck for a good 16 hours by now and it will get to 94% then restart. All of which is a black screen, I have access no nothing.

After the restart it brings up the Dell logo and tells me it didn't go as planned and it's undoing changes and to keep the computer on.

Note: this is a relatives computer and they can not lose the things on it so I don't know what to do about it.

I can not get this update to install. It was stuck getting ready at 94% finally got through that by rebooting, now stuck at 1% on install and will not install. It is slowing my computer down so I can not use it. What can I do? HELP!! How do I set
updates to happen in the middle of the night and not when I need to use the computer?

 

Windows update getting stuck at 94% twice!

I have tried to update twice after an update prompt from my Windows 10, which is running on a Microsoft Pro PC. Both times, the update got stuck at 94%. What's up, Microsoft? I see many people with the same question, and many answers. Why is this still happening?
