Windows 10: My account has been hacked and can't recover it

    My account has been hacked and can't recover it


    So my Microsoft account has been hacked and the email address has been changed. When I try to recover the account it just says the Microsoft account dosent exist because the email address has been changed Apparently the information I could provide to the automated systems wasn't sufficient to get my account back. Is there a person I can speak to or anything because I have the emails that show the email address getting changed and the password getting changed etc but there isn't anywhere that I can use these as proof.. All my passwords are on my account and as a result other accounts have als

    • To whom do I report?
    • Where do I send header information?
    • How do I recover my account?

    System details:

    • Running Windows 10 on an HP all-in-one computer
