Windows 10: my account corrupted

Hello!my account corrupted on my laptop, i tried everything on the net like the registery method, currently doing system recovery to 4 days ago in hope it helps.my question is this, is there still hope i can restore my account even if the system recovery doesnt work?and one more thing, i tried creating a new user and giving it admin rights, but thing is - it really cant access "admin" stuff like when i tried to edit system variables - i just dont have the option anymore like i used to have.also for some reason even though I installed java/gcc/python for all users, the new user seem to not have

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

Yes, just do step 2 if you already know that the test account behaves correctly.

Step 1 was just to confirm the state of play because it would be reckless for me to suggest that you take away Admin status from what might have been your only Admin account.
