Windows 10: My 1 and a half month old PC has started to crash without any warning. instant black screen...

So I recently bought all the parts for a good pc rig and built it a little over a month ago now, It has mostly been working great, fans where a little loud but i got a program to make them run slower so that's fine. But recently, for the last 2 weeks maybe I have been experiencing concerning crashes to my computer while playing games. It first started when I was playing fortnite and i pressed onto another monitor and the program i clicked on immediately stopped responding and my entire computer froze, except for my mouse which I could move around. Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.

Instant crash to black screen, then auto restart 2x before OK

Never in 5 years has this PC crashed until yesterday. I was editing in Photoshop Adobe Camera RAW some 25 .CR2 files when without warning the PC went to a black screen as if the power shut down. But, the PC has a battery backup which I was checking when the PC tried to restart on it's own. The desktop appeared then crashed black as before, then restarted & ran okay the rest of day. My PC is well ventilated, has 16Gb RAM & an i5-2500 4 core CPU.
