Windows 10: multiple monitors issue

trying to set up a 3rd monitor, all my settings are correct and each monitor works as long as there is no more than two connected at a time.. How can I get it to recognize all 3 monitors at the same time? one is hdmi hook up / one is plugged into a display port and one is plugged into a usb port.. all 3 ports work but only if theres 2 monitors at a time. I purchased a hdmi splitter so both screens plugged into it would be able to have different screens, not just mirroring and that did not work either.. .. i have tried every combination of plugs and nothing works if theres more than 2 monitors

To have a better clarity on the issue and guide you accordingly, kindly help us with the following information:

• Is the issue specific to DBeaver or does it happen on all the applications?

The issue could probably be because of the secondary monitor not having its own taskbar. I suggest you to try the steps listed below and check if it works.

• Right click the Taskbar on your primary monitor and choose Taskbar Settings.
• Enable Show Taskbar on all the displays under
  Multiple Displays, and exit Settings.
• Now, try restoring a minimized window to see if it works.

Issues while installing a second monitor in Windows 10

Really? I get a canned answer and nothing else? I posted that I had tried everything that I could find posted online. I did read the post that Andre suggested multiple times prior to posting this request for help. None of it helped.

My computer does not recognize that there is a second monitor is plugged in. The small step of changing the settings so I can put stuff on the second monitor ISN'T the issue. I am not that dumb. in the device manager there is only the single monitor listed
at one point there was a unknown device listed but my computer did not know if it was a monitor or a printer.

There has to be someone out there that knows how to fix this
