Windows 10: Multiple bluetooth le generic attribute service - Is it normal?

Hi,I have issues with my Bluetooth devices disconnecting and reconnecting randomly after I installed a Windows Update.I noticed that it happens when I try to work with my Bluetooth mouse - but when using my Bluetooth headpones alone it does not happen..I tried 3 different Bluetooth mice and the same thing happen again and again.I went to the device manager and noticed that I have 4 "Bluetooth le generic attribute service" there - could that be the problem? Should I delete 3 of them? Which ones? If I delete them all will one be automatically installed after a restart like what happens after del

Hello, I'm using a BT mouse on my Asus Windows 10 laptop. Sometimes, the connection stops and sometimes there are some short disconnections. I'm trying to fix the problem, so I went in the device manager and I saw that "Bluetooth le generic attribute service"
is listed twice! Both are the same Microsoft Driver. Is it normal? Should I delete on of these 2 ?

Here 's what's in the device manager, under "Bluetooth"

- Bluetooth le generic attribute service

- Bluetooth le generic attribute service

- Intel(R) Wirteless Bluetooth(R)

- Mad Catz RATM

- Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator

Method 1 : I ran several times the Windows Troubleshooter and each time it says "Your PC must be restarted, restart your PC to finish installing drivers and updates". So I restart and run the troubleshooter again and I get the same message over again. What
should I do?

Method 2: not tried yet. But I installed the latest driver 2 days ago, so...

I'd also add that my question was not really and troubleshooting request. I was asking if it normal to have
two "Bluetooth LE generic attribute service" in the device manager. perhaps other Windows users could tell me if they have one or more of these drivers?

 

Bug in windows bluetooth le GetGattServicesAsync method

The problem description:
Sometimes it is not possible to get some response from the method GetGattServicesAsync with the parameter BluetoothCacheMode.Cached or BluetoothCacheMode.Uncached. Only the windows restart helps to reconnect the le device and to get the services from the le device.

We use Windows.Devices.Bluetooth.dll with .Net Framework 4.6.1 to build the class library.
The Windows PC shall connect the Bluetooth le device.

Steps for the problem reproducing:

1. Discovery the devices with the determined service
   
2. Call the method FromBluetoothAddressAsync with the Bluetooth address of LE device
   
3. BluetoothLEDevice is found
   
4. Pair the LE device with desktop:
   
   
5. Check the connection status. If the status connected, call the method GetGattServicesAsync(BluetoothCacheMode.Cached)
   
6. Sometimes is not possible to get the response from GetGattServicesAsync. After 30 seconds we cancel the task, dispone BluetoothLEDevice, unpair and try to reconnect le device. The reconnection is failed and only the Windows restart helps to establish the connection to the le device.
