Windows 10: Multiplayer minecraft

My granddaughter is trying to play Minecraft with some friends and dosnt know how to get the nintendo lite to let her play online she has a 7 day free subscription to nintendo online but it says "you cannot play multiplayer because of how your microsoft account is set up. Please ensure your online safety settings allow multiplayer" and me and her have no idea how to fix it.

Check if you're not listed as a child in any family group. You can do this by going to the Microsoft account website and then signing in with your Microsoft account. Click on "Family settings" and under "Your family", make sure you're not listed as a child. If you see yourself listed, click "Remove" and confirm removal.

If removing yourself didn't work try contacting Mojang support by searching the Mojang Support website online. They might have additional troubleshooting steps or insights specific to your situation.

As a last resort, you can consider creating a new adult Microsoft account specifically for playing Minecraft multiplayer. This would allow you to bypass family restrictions related to multiplayer. Make sure to transfer any important purchases or data associated with your current account before creating a new one.
