Windows 10: Msi Installer/Windows Installer not connecting with server; Event ID 1015

For the past days I had an issue with the msiexec.exe when I tried to install different MSI based programms like the newest Java update.
Every installation fails almost instantly and I get "error: 0x80040154" with event ID 1015 in event viewer.
I already enabled logging of the Msi Installer and every log looks something like this:

I already tried reregistering the installer, which did not work and the ImagePath key is set correctly.
The installer service is also enabled.
The DISM commands and sfc /scannow in the elevated command prompt came back with no corruption detected.
The latest update for Windows 10 is also installed.

The problem first appeared after Windows had to do a self repair after crashing repeatedly with bluescreens and the error "system thread exception not handled", which resolved the crashing issue.

I am currently running out of options and I really don't know what to do anymore, does anyone else have an idea what to do?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

ide drivers not installing....

hi guys,

a little prob, nothing major but i cant seem to get the nvidia ide drivers to install on my new mobo,(p6n-sli plat.) iv tried the newest ones from msi, and nvidia sites but none will install,itsfunny though cause the sata drivers all installed correctly.any ideas or suggestions on this would be appreciated,thanks in advance.

 

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
