    MSCONFIG editing without windows starting.


    I edited the msconfig file as it showed 3 pointers to windows 11. I selected the address at the top of the list as it said ....new.... At the bottom of the list was an address beginning with C:. Now the computer now will not boot. How can I edit the file?Windows RE does not repair the issue
