There's no reason for efficiency mode should be limiting my games causing lag spikes and frame drops and not being able to disable it because an older game wasn't developed with a kill switch for this new BS option. Even your own help pages can't accurately walk through to a spot to disable this and trying to build ridiculous switched paths for every executable when executing it is not a viable f-ing solution.
