Windows 10: "ms-settings:wheel" was not working on 24H2.

As title, when I enter the URL only system setting page come up but it won't lead to wheel setting page.meanwhile I can use my wheel and when I search for wheel setting it will show up, modify can be apply tonly URL failed, was anyone face these issue too?

MS Mail mouse scroll issue

I have tried all the suggested steps to no avail. Please note that the mouse works in all other aspects, just not in the mail reader. I can grab the scroll bar and slide it up and down but not by using the scroll wheel. Again this is only in the MS Mail
program only.
