Windows 10: mpksldrv.sys reloading every 10 minutes

There is a machine on my network reporting the following every 10 minutes, on the dot:"A service was installed in the system.Service Name: MpKsl50ac487bService File Name: C:\WINDOWS\system32\MpEngineStore\MpKslDrv.sysService Type: kernel mode driverService Start Type: demand startService Account: "This started last week, after an update. Out of ~30 machines on the network, it is the only one exhibiting this behavior. It also reports the following, but only on reboot or every few hours:"A service was installed in the system.Service Name: MpKslcde57a27Service File Name: C:\ProgramData\Mic

From the description provided, I understand that Belarc Advisor is notifying you of the updates that needs to be reloaded.

I would suggest you to check if the mentioned KB updates are properly installed from the Windows Update History. I would also suggest you to follow the below steps and see if it helps.

Step 1 Follow these steps to run the Windows inbuilt troubleshooter:

• Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.

• Click on Troubleshooting tab.
  

• Click on view all option on the upper left corner.
  

• Select the Windows Update option from the list.
  

• Click Next to run theTroubleshooter.

Step 2 Try to use the Windows Update troubleshooter and see if it helps.

Windows 10 - Sleep Works But Only if 5 Minutes or Less

What about the Troubleshooting tutorial steps here:

I've never seen at least one them not be successful.

I had suggested first to set Display at 0, Sleep at 1 minute and Hibernate at 2 minutes and then after each step sit back to observe. I have rarely had to work all the way through the list.

Absolute thoroughness is required when troubleshooting Sleep, skipping nothing and asking back if you need any help to complete a step. We often find out later that the fix was the skipped step, so please do not skip any. If you need help performing any step

@AddRAM, I appreciate your input.
My first attempt was with a USB stick, and it failed with the invalid partition. I believe that UEFI is not a feature on this older PC. Not mentioned anywhere at boot or in BIOS.

Someone earlier suggested that I post pics of the boot screens. I'm finally getting to that.
1. At initial boot, and I select F12:





2. This is the boot up screen after selecting F12. From this screen if I select Hard Disk:





It then presents with this screen listing the drives to select from:





The drive with the Windows files created with the tool is not listed. NOTE again...if I boot up my laptop that I'm on now, the drive is listed, I can select it, and it boots into Windows ready for me to install. So, for whatever reason, this older PC is not seeing the install drive. The drive I'm using is an 2.5" SDD drive mounted in a case for it and a USB cable.

If I select USB-HDD as seen below:





I get the Invalid Partition error:
