  1. Mouse not locking in place in games

I just noticed this problem when I got a secondary monitor. The problem is whenever I play games that my mouse needs to be in the first person or third person format with a crosshair, it will not lock into the center of my screen. Whenever I play games like Fortnite, my crosshair is in the center, but my mouse goes to my secondary monitor. Another problem is when I play roblox, my shift lock or first person is normal for a couple seconds but then my mouse just starts moving around the screen while it should still be in the middle. Here is a video link that demonstrates my problem: https://yout

  2. Mouse not locking in place in all first person games

So, everything was going fine, and one day I decided to install windows precision touchpad driver. But, that did not work because it was not compatible. So, I uninstalled the driver, and let windows implement's its default touchpad
driver. Everything was good until one day I decided to work on unity to make a first-person game. My mouse wasn't locking in place. Then, when I played Minecraft, my mouse didn't lock in place either. Any single-player game (whether it is local, or in a browser)
the mouse won't lock. It's annoying as I keep launching other apps from my taskbar (or even closing the window) as my mouse won't lock.

It's not just Minecraft, it's all games which tries to lock your mouse!
I have tried resetting my drivers, updating windows, change mouse ports, changing the mouse itself. Nothing works.

  3. Mouse cursor not locking in place in games

Hello! I have been having an odd problem revolving around my mouse not locking in the middle of the screen when playing games such as Minecraft and Roblox. The example I provided below is a video with Roblox's caps lock feature and zooming in to first person. When doing such, the cursor just moves around without being locked in place, which is the same problem I am currently having. It has been a problem for games that solely focuses on the first-person point of view. I only have one monitor, so I do not think it is a multiple-monitor problem. It is also up to date in terms of updates, so I don't think it is a problem with that either.

    Current System Build:

HP EliteDesk 800 G3 Small Form Factor

    Windows 10 Pro

    System version 22H2

Mouse cursor not locking in place in game.

    Description:

I've been having a weird problem lately in the latest Windows 11 Insider Builds. The mouse cursor would not lock in place in games such as: Subnautica, Raft, Phasmophobia, and Roblox. The example I provided below is a video of me using Roblox's caps lock feature and zooming in to first person. When doing such, the cursor just moves around without being locked in place. It has been a problem for games that solely focuses on the first person point of view. I have two monitors, and the cursor often would go into the second monitor quite often.

    Attempted commands / programs:

    - Checked display settings to ensure that everything is configured correctly. (1920x1080 @ 60Hz)

    - DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    - DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    - SFC /scannow

    Example:

    Current system build:

    - System build: Windows 11 Insider Preview 25193.1000 22H2

    - System model: HP Laptop 14-dq1xxx

    - System version: 10.0.25193 Build 25193
