mouse cursor drifting to the taskbar in fullscreen

I have been having this problem when I am playing games like minecraft or roblox. I am currently on a windows 11 pc. Because I am playing borderless window so it is easier to tab out of minecraft, my mouse cursor used to stay locked into the minecraft screen even when I had tabbed back in and so I never had this problem up until a few days ago where it had started going into the taskbar. Even in fullscreen mode, looking up and down causes me to have a quick view of my taskbar therefore making me to have an unplayable experience. 3. Cursor constantly drifting

My cursor will constantly drift to the right side of the screen (to no specific spot, just drifts directly to the right). This occurred a few days ago but I was able to fix it with a simple restart, but now I've tried restarting a few times and the cursor still won't stop drifting. I even uninstalled all pointer drivers in Device Manager to no avail. I know this isn't a problem with my mouse because the drifting still occurs when I unplug the mouse, and this also isn't the trackpad's fault as the drifting suddenly stops whenever I open a "system app" or whatever it's called (e.g., Task Manger, Device Manager, etc.). Appreciate any help!

    drifting / uncontrollable cursor

we have several Toshiba Portege Z30-A laptops with Windows 10. ALL of them have the problem of the cursor drifting. Usually it drifts from upper right to lower left and then disappears off the lower left corner of the screen. If you try and control
the cursor, it fights the mouse and won't do what you want. HELP!!
