Windows 10: Most of Desktop Icons disappeared and remaining rearranged

Ok so yesterday I was just using my computer as normal and when I was about shut it off I noticed majority of my desktop icons disappeared? It didn't happen right after I restarted my computer and my computer was relatively fine throughout the day. I installed some third party CCleaner drivers the same day but I don't know if they have anything to do with it.Here is a picture of my desktop before it happened:And here is a picture after:Some additional pictures of my files:Google chrome is here only because I moved it from my desktopI was thinking about doing a system restore but I wasn't sur

Desktop icons rearrange at random

• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• Have you made any recent changes to your computer prior to this issue?
• When did you start experiencing this issue?

Icons rearrangement

Please try below steps and check if it helps to stop rearranging desktop icon automatically.

• Right click on desktop, click on View.
• Uncheck Auto arrange icons.

For issue related Start menu check if it has set for full screen try to Off it.

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Personalization.
• Click on Start, turn Off Use Start full screen.

Desktop icons keep rearranging

I have the same problem. I rearranged some icons and they rearranged to the original position. Also, I added a new icon on the desktop and it disappeared a day later. Any ideas from ANYONE?
