Windows 10: monitor randomly got capped at 60 fps on its normal res

hello guys, i just bought a new gpu 4060 to play at 144hz, my monitor was going perfectly at 144 fps until yesterday when i downloaded the nvidia app and my monitor got randomly capped at 60 fps, in windows, nvidia control panel they are all max 60 and on 144 anymore, does anyone know how i could fix? in nvidia control panel if i go down in res it does enable 144 but i always had 1440p which now runs at 60/59 fps

60 fps cap fullscreen

I got a problem,my game have the fps capped at 60 in fullscreen mode and on windowed the fps are capped at 120

-Game bar is off,Disabled the full screen optimizaton,any v-sync in my game or driver is off

Please help

Hi so when ever i go into a game my game is capped at 60 FPS even tho i have selected more and my pc is more than capable of running more

fps are capped at 60 fps only i cant get more that 60 fps i turned off vsync in games and it still is capped at 60 fps on windows 7
