Monitor has a grayish blue screen randomly

I was using my monitor then I shut down my pc to go to bed. I woke up to go play and my monitor would have a blueish gray screen. So, I thought that it was just the cord, so I went and got a new HDMI, display port cord, and a new power cord and plugged into a new outlet and nothing worked. So, then I plugged both of them into my motherboard HDMI and display port and my gpu I also tried every port that was possible to try, and nothing worked. There was also no damage like I never hit or threw anything at it. It was just working then it was not.

    :)

  2. Monitor is grayish instead of black in sleep mode

for the last couple of days (update?), my monitor has not been going black when the computer goes into power-saving mode; the monitor goes to a dark grayish-blue color. looks like it's backlit a little or something, and I don't want this light on in the
room. My monitor has always gone completely black up to this point. Any ideas how to get it back to that?

Computer randomly has black screen and restarts

Taco this could be software also. Before you get all crazy, do as Erocker suggested. Find out the error in the Event Viewer. Look for the faulting module and the error code itself. Also check the reliability monitor. At the bottom it will have "View all Error Reports". Post a screen of whats in there if anything.

This could be a simple as a bad driver install.

ALSO have you downloaded or installed anything lately? STAY OUT OF THE DAMN BIOS UNTIL WE KNOW THE ERROR! lol. I know you. Baby steps boy, baby steps.
