  1. MoAppCrash and wwahost Application Error

Hello Microsoft Community, for some time now I struggle with running certain executables directly from the windows explorer. Double clicking on the exeucatble does not launch to app successfully. This seems to happen for any executable developed by some individual rather than an organization not sure how to classify those, non-corporate?. I can run these executables if I launch them via the command prompt. The Windows reliability monitoring lists a CHXSmartScreen.exe crash for every such error case. Its problem signature looks like this:BeschreibungPfad der fehlerhaften Anwen
