Windows 10: Missing Screenshots Folder

When I got my new laptop, I wanted nothing to do with cloud. I treat OneDrive as malware because I hate everything to do with cloud. So I uninstalled it. It appears that windows automatically routes all file paths through OneDrive. Although I uninstalled one drive, the path is still there sitting in my user section. So I deleted that too. Well, now, I dont have anywhere to collect all the screenshots automatically. How do I have all my screenshots automatically save back to back in a screenshots folder that doesnt route through one drive?

To take a screenshot on your Surface Pro 4, follow these steps:

1. Full-screen screenshot: Press the Power button and the Volume Up button simultaneously. This will take a screenshot of your entire screen and save it to the Screenshots folder in your Pictures library.
   
2. Snipping Tool: Open the Snipping Tool app from the Start menu. This app allows you to take a screenshot of a specific area on your screen. Once you capture a screenshot, you can save it to any folder you want.

yes, i created it in there and followed steps someone gave in another post about a missing screenshot folder but that didnt work
