Windows 10: Missing Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 x86 Minimum Runtime - 14.34.31938

I tried to Install a Game on Steam until I got stuck Running Install Script Microsoft VC Redistritutable, Eventually it gave me this:I pressed "OK" and got this:I tried using an alternate path just to be given this:This is just one example of trying to do SIX of them.I tried installing the Latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, just to find out I need v.14.34.31938 to install THAT.I'm not a Tech Expert so I haven't tried anything other than trying to find an alternate path.Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Note: if downloading it with Edge, you will need to click the 3 dots next to the warning and select Keep.

When you run it, select that you are having trouble uninstalling. Then from the list of programs to uninstall, select Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X86 Minimum Runtime

When that completes, exit the troubleshooter. Run the trouble shooter again but this time select to uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X86 Additional Runtime

When that finishes, you should now be able to install the redistributable without error.

OK, it must be listed as Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 Runtime or Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Runtime

Could you post a screenshot of what runtimes are found?
