Windows 10: Missing c drive program x86 microsoft office file

Unable to open word documents because it can not find on my c drive this program:

c:\program files x86 microsoft ofiic\file system meta data.xlm


How do you fix this?

To check follow the steps:

• Type Default programs & select programs & features.
• Check if Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
  is installed.

If yes suggest you to uninstall & reinstall Microsoft visual c++ 2005 x86
& check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists I would suggest you to contact the game manufacturer.

My antivirus reports my Office16 is missing a file. How do I recover it?
