Windows 10: Missing AppxManifest.xml file for Microsoft.Windows.Search

I got the following annoying error when run my program.process:27296: GLib-GIO-WARNING **: 12:14:04.356: Failed to open application manifest `C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.Search_cw5n1h2txyewy\AppxManifest.xml' for package #2 `Microsoft.Windows.Search_1.16.0.22000_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy': error code 0x2Apparently the AppxManifest.xml file is missing in the app directory. Can anyone help me to solve this problem?Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 22H2 OS build 22631.1906 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22646.1000.

AppXManifest missing

I have tried starting it in safe mode, but it still said that it cannot repair it. As I stated previously, a file called AppxManifest is missing and I would be really grateful if you could send me a copy of it and guide me towards putting it where it belongs,
as this is hindering my ability to open programs that are not available on my desktop or in the program files folder.

 

Windows Search Issue with xml files

• Where are the files saved?
• Were there any changes made on your device prior to the issue?
• Can you search these xml files before?
• Have you tried rebuilding the search index and check if the same thing will happen?

AppXManifest missing

Since you are getting the error while using the Start menu, we suggest following the steps below to help you with the issue that you are experiencing:

1. Check for software that may be causing issues for the Windows user interface. If you find any of the below, please remove it as a test to see if the symptom changes:

• IDT Audio
• Norton Antivirus
• Other software in Programs and Features that is likely to hook into the shell.

2. Open an Administrator CMD window. If you can’t find a way, use these steps:

• Press CTRL + Shift + ESC to open
  Task Manager.
• Click File > Run New Task
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
• Type CMD

3. Type the following commands one-by-one at the CMD prompt then press
Enter:

• dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
• sfc /scannow
