Windows 10: Missing Apps and Features

I can not open my pictures or video that I want downloaded from my Iphone. According to the answers I previously read about Windows 11, I should be able to to to my settings>Apps>Apps and Features. But I do not have the last option. Under my Apps, I have Installed Apps, Advance settings, Default settings, Offline maps, apps for websites, video playback and Start up. How do I get the computer to display my video's and pictures?

Windows Mail Features missing after resetting the App

Some features like -

• Display Density
• Signature Formatting, etc

are missing.

Further the App version is updated with
Version 16005.12827.20400.0.

Kindly provide an appropriate fix.

 

missing installing apps from apps and features

cannot download apps outside windows store went to apps and features but the installing apps drop box is not there next I went to update and security and looked for For developers that is also missing from list. how do I fix this problem and get this features
back or at least enable me to download outside of store
