Windows 10: Miracast over 2 devices that uses ethernet?

Hi,I'm just wondering if two Miracast-capable devices one Win 11, others Win 10 would work when both are connected to Ethernet, and what delay I would expect.Thanks!

Does Miracast support 4K?

We suggest that you check with the manufacturer of the 4k display device that you are using if it is certified to work with Miracast. If your display device is certified to work with Miracast, then check if your PC device supports Miracast. You may do so
by following the steps below:

• Click Start, then go to Settings >
  Projecting to this PC.
• Check if your device supports Miracast.

Can't use Miracast when connected to Ethernet

Surface Pro 7 connected to Surface Dock 2.

The Wi-Fi adapter cannot be enabled while the Ethernet adapter is enabled.

Window Key + K (Miracast) cannot detect wireless monitors while Wi-Fi adapter is disabled.

Trading network connection speed and reliability for wireless monitors should NOT be a choice.

Instead of disabling the Wi-Fi adapter while the Ethernet adapter is enabled; allow the Wi-Fi adapter to be enabled and disallow Wi-Fi network connections (operate in a lower functionality setting) and allow protocols like Miracast to connect, maybe via "Advanced Options"; such as "Allow/Enable Miracast" option when Ethernet is connected/enabled.

Step 1: If your TV comes with built-in Miracast support, then turn it On. ...

Step 2: Now on your Windows PC, navigate to Start -> Settings -> Devices -> Connected Devices.

Step 3: Click on 'Add a Device' and wait for the adapter to appear in the list.

Now try to connect.
