Windows 10: Minecraft bought but it says I dont have it.

Recently, when I've tried to log into my Minecraft account, I’ve received a message stating that I do not have the game purchased. I have previously purchased the game and played it without any issues.I’ve made sure to check the account details I’m using to log in, as well as confirming the payment method associated with my account. However, I’m still unable to access my game. I have also looked through the support documentation and community forums, but I haven’t found a clear solution to my issue.I've provided all the Information to the Minecraft support and they told me to contact Microsoft

I bought minecraft but i still dont own it

i just bought minecraft but it says i dont own it i cant play but i got charged money for the purchase so what do i do i have all the proof of payment and tried contacting my bank but they said that microsoft recieved the money i also got a email from microsoft that the purchase was succesfull

 

i got minecraft java edition but it says i dont

i bought minecraft and it took the money out of my account and but it says i dont have it and i need to buy it but it took the money out of my pay safe card?!?!?

even on order history theres nothing

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup
