Windows 10: Microsoft won't allow me to recover my account..

I've been trying to recover my alternate account for over a week now! whenever i try to submit a form it keeps telling me that i didn't give enough information but i gave whatever i knew and no i do not have a phone number linked to it or anything and i changed my netword provider and phone but i am still in the same location and i ussualy use my computer to log into that email anyways.. please someone help me

Change Microsoft Account Details in Administrator Account

It's quite easy in fact, simply switch the account in question first to a local account, then switch back to a Microsoft account, this time using your wife's MS account credentials.

Notice that before doing this you need to remove the new additional MS account on the PC, the one you created with her credentials. Windows allows only one user account for each email address, if the new account exists you cannot switch the original administrator account to an MS account using the same email address.
