Windows 10: Microsoft/Windows Store error, unable to login to computer

Happens almost 2-3 times a week now, I turn on my computer, press sign in and get a prompt to Search for App in store. Both the yes and no button do nothing. Hard restarts don't workbackups rarely workhard wipes work but the problem returns a few days latertroubleshooting applications doesn't worksafemode doesn't worknothing that I have seen online for redownloading / clearing cache for the window store / any other of the 50 things I've tried have worked.The only thing that works is uninstalling the latest quality update. It would be great if you can help us with the details requested below:

• How are you trying to upgrade Windows?
  
• When do you get the error in Store?
  
• When you say, “microsoft not login in” where are you trying to login?
  
• Which build version of Windows is installed on the computer? To check type: winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.
  

For Windows Update issue, I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned in the article

Fix Windows Update errors and see if that helps.



For Microsoft Store, I would suggest you to try resetting Microsoft Store cache. Press the
Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type
wsreset.exe, and then select OK.



The error 0x80072EE7 indicates a connection issue. I would suggest you to try changing the network connection and see if that makes a difference.

Unable to login to Microsoft App Store

Hello

I am trying to login to App store but it always gives me error " I need Internet connection" with an error code.

I contacted Microsoft Chat support and they suggested to update my Windows 10 to latest ver which I already did. Now For some reason I am unable to contact them.

Does anybody has any clue about this one.

I understand that you cannot login to Microsoft Store using the account that you made the purchase with.

Usually, we see this message when you try to login to Microsoft Store on the Windows 10 computer that is configured under domain with certain group policy restrictions.

For clarity, please let us know:

1. Are you using a computer that is configured under domain of your organization?
2. Do you login to Windows using a different account?

If you are not using a domain computer, are you able to see the purchase in the Microsoft Account?

If your computer is configured under domain, then there could be
group policy restrictions that are enforced on your system.
