Windows 10: Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime - Setup Failed

Hi there!I've tried installing the Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime 7.0.14, but as soon as I start the installation, it says "setup failed" and spits out the code "0x80070570 - The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable."Following this error, I checked my system SSD and repaired it successfully - however I still get the error.I used to install this without issues and now it's making a fuss.
