Windows 10: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library c:\program Runtime Error

I'm running Windows 10, fully updated on a new install. After installing Office 2013 and Adobe CS5.5 I'm getting a message on start up 'Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library c:\program Runtime ErrorDoes anyone know how to fix this?

Hello,

I am unable to install and run the directv player, the file that is the problem is PCShowServerPMWrapper.exe and I get this pop up Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error before the application has completed the install, and if I do not uninstall
this in completed program the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error is on start up of the computer, I have contacted directv and spent many hours with IT, with out this file I am unable to view/live stream on my laptop

This error may occur when the Microsoft .NET Framework installation on the computer is damaged or is missing.

I would suggest that you manually download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Update Redistributable Package and check if the issue persists.

The above error is displayed when right clicked on desktop not on the file or folder.
