Windows 10: microsoft visual c++ 2022 x86 minimum runtime 14.42.34433 installation problem

problem is complicated for me, but I'll try my best to explain, I first encounter this when launching a certain game from steam. What it says, I'll upload the photo. basically while installing , it says it can't find a certain file, i tried browsing manually i didn't find it either. then it said something like try alternative file containing vcRuntimeMinimum_x86.msi. then i tried installing microsoft visual c++ 2022 x86 minimum runtime manually, but the exact same problem arises . But it didn't work either. Also tried using MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta but version didn't match

Note: if downloading it with Edge, you will need to click the 3 dots next to the warning and select Keep.

When you run it, select that you are having trouble uninstalling. Then from the list of programs to uninstall, select Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X86 Minimum Runtime

When that completes, exit the troubleshooter. Run the trouble shooter again but this time select to uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X86 Additional Runtime

When that finishes, you should now be able to install the redistributable without error.

OK, it must be listed as Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 Runtime or Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Runtime
