Windows 10: Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 Minimum Runtime Error for .exe Files

When attempting to execute the VMware Workstation Pro installer I received an error message for Microsoft Visual C++ 2022, which I will include below. I attempted to install a new version from Microsoft's website, which also had the same issue preventing me from installing the software.Gerald, who was my Microsoft associate took over my machine. Him and I went through the following troubleshooting steps in no particular order:Executed an SFCClean bootcreated a new local user, attempted to run .exe file from that accountGerald looked in the registry for the missing path, could not find itupdate

I did the unintall and tried to install afterwards and it presented the same error code and when I tried to cancel it said "The older version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X64 Minimum Runtime - 14.38.33130 cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group"
