Lets stat by fail due to "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" Than once I press "OK" It comes up again and the Download of microsoft visual c++ 2015-2019 redistributable x86 Fails once again. I had this problem for almost every thing I try to do, I am trying to get PACX Right now and it keeps doing that. Please help me

Run appwiz.cpl > select each instance of the 2015, 2017, and 2019 Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables (x86 and x64) > Uninstall. Then proceed with installing the 2015-2019 Redistributables.
