    Hello, my laptop crashed and the repair company says they need the bitcode to access the files and folders I need. Is it safe to provide them with this code? Will they only have access to what's saved on the laptop, or could they potentially access other clouds connected to my Microsoft account? I want to make sure I'm not being scammed.

    Hello, my laptop crashed and the repair company says they need the bitcode to access the files and folders I need. Is it safe to provide them with this code? Will they only have access to what's saved on the laptop, or could they potentially access other clouds connected to my Microsoft account? I want to make sure I'm not being scammed.
