Windows 10: Microsoft Store won't let me log in to new accounts, Instead would keep asking for password

When I enter my password to log into Microsoft store with a new account it would keep asking me for my password over and over again, I press continue and it'll load and it would ask for the password again. but when I try logging in with my original account it would log in just fine with no problems.I've tried WSreset and using the troubleshooter, reinstalling Microsoft Store using Powershell, going into app settings to reset and repair and nothing has worked yet.any help would be appreciated

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

It sounds like this is at step 7 in the tutorial below where it's asking you to enter your local account's password one last time.

I have a Local Account and want to, "Sign in with a Microsoft account instead". I go through all of the required steps including entering my Username and Password. Microsoft accepts everything, then ask me to enter my password one final time. I very carefully enter it exactly as I did before and Microsoft says its not correct. Any help wold be appreciated.
