Windows 10: Microsoft store purchase history

    Microsoft store purchase history


    Im trying to find an old purchase history on the microsoft store, i know for a fact that i bought it on the current account i have, but i cant find any history on it. Do these things get erased after a long time, or if i switch credit cards?

    How to clear Microsoft Store purchase history in Windows 10

    Hello,

    Is it possible to permanently clear purchase history from the Microsoft Store?
    There is only the option "Hide".
    In the "Ready to install" tab of "My library" appear applications that I downloaded in the past.
    I am not using any account to sign in to the Microsoft Store.
    I also don't use email to sign in to Windows 10.
    Whenever I format my computer and install Windows 10, purchase history automatically appears in the Microsoft Store.
    I have already changed hard drives and installed Windows with a different activation key but the problem remains.
    It looks like there is some kind of association between my motherboard and the Microsoft Store.
    Is purchase history associated with my Windows license?

    Are you using the same Microsoft account, which was used to purchase?



    I suggest you to sign out from Microsoft Store and then sign in using the same Microsoft Account which was used to purchase the game. Check if you are able to install it.

    Contact Microsoft Store Support    , check if that helps.

    Not that I've seen or read about, it's about the hardware that Windows sees and reports on. Is it about time to get a new computer or maybe a new motherboard?
