Windows 10: microsoft store most likely there is none

Discus and support microsoft store most likely there is none in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; well the problem happened to me before and i did not solve it but today i googled for some solutions and i did not find solution.     well the problem happened to me before and i did not solve it but today i googled for some solutions and i did not find solution. I'll get into crux of the problem, when i type microsoft store in the search it appears to me and when i click on it nothing happens and when i click on App settings it does not show me the information of Microsoft store "sometime get crash of panel apps&features" or even if i search for it in "Apps & features", i can not find it [idk why] as if it doesn't exist, but there is an icon in the search "like what u see in the picture above". i tried to search o

    I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store

    Hi James,

    To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

    • Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
    • Type wsreset.exe and press
      Enter
      .
    • Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.

    Let us know how it goes.
