Windows 10: Microsoft Store - Hasn't worked for a long long time

Since this has been an ongoing issue for quite some time and i've been trying to search for fixes but none seem to be working.

I have been trying to update my apps in the store but it does the initial checks then when it actually starts to download it just hangs and doesnt do anything.

My windows updates does the same thing but the difference is that eventually after a few weeks / months it will update , most of the time i do it manually from and download the packages but thats not always the case.

Is there any way i can fix this please.

Long Loading Time for Lock Screen

Hello Pawan, thank you for the reply!

I've tried all of the steps that you've given me. Unfortunately, none of them made a difference except for the clean boot step. It didn't completely solve the problem, however I did notice a
slightly faster load time for the lock screen. However, it still takes an unusually long time to load it. Any other suggestions?

Windows store app terminated - too long to suspend

Hello,

Thank you for providing the screenshot. This means that the Store was corrupted. We suggest that you follow these steps for solution:

• Press the Windows key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe and click Enter.

Once you're done, update us with the result.

 

Cortana Takes long time

If mic is all okay, you might as well try these troubleshooting steps:

• Go to Settings > Time & language > Language
• Select the + Add Languages function to add English (United Kingdom). Hit the check mark at the bottom and yes to the download prompt.
• From the main Languages page long press on English (United States) and choose
  Remove. Now, select the Restart phone button and let the phone reboot
• For these steps, we are reversing what we did above. Use the + Add Languages function to add
  English (United States). Hit the check mark at the bottom and yes to the download prompt.
• From the main Languages page long press on English (United Kingdom) and choose
  Remove. Now, select the Restart phone button and let the phone reboot
• After the phone has restarted with the correct English (United States) language you can go back to
  Settings > Extras > Hey Cortana and begin to train Cortana again to use your voice when the display is off.
