Windows 10: Microsoft Store Experience Host dialog stuck in loading loop when launching .exe installers

Hello,Problem:Whenever I launch an .exe installer, a Microsoft Store Experience Host dialog pops up and never loads preventing me from installing the softwareDetails/Experience: I've been trying to update a driver. I had no problem downloading the driver. But, when I tried to launch it, it opened a Microsoft Store Experience Host dialog which never loaded...I obviously ran it as an administrator. I checked that the file wasn't blocked. I activated developer mode.I used DISM and SFC. And used any troubleshooter I found that could help.Nothing helped...Obviously, I tried to see if there was a pr

Store Experience Host prevents .exe file running

Hi , i'm using w10 pro v.1809

I recently noticed that i can't open downloaded .exe files directly. "Store Experience Host" opens in a white page and i can't run that .exe file

but when i use proxy , in Store Experience Host i see waiting logo and after few moment , my .exe runs

for example i want to run an app , but Store Experience Host opens and without using proxy , it will not closes to run that .exe file

how can i disable Store Experience Host when running a .exe file?
