Windows 10: Microsoft Store error code 0x80246008

Hi,, I have a problem with my Microsoft Store on my Windows 10 Pro computer. Whenever I want to install something it says "Downloading 1%" and after a few minutes it shows "Something went wrong on our end. Code: 0x80246008" can anyone help?I've watched many youtube videos on how to fix this but nothing is working. Responses would be appreciated!

May I know which version of Windows are you using? (Please press Windows key+R and type winver and hit enter)

Please check and follow the steps below:

1. Update Windows

2. Reset MS Store

Please press Windows key + R and type wsreset.exe and hit enter

Blank command prompt will popup, please wait for it to close and MS Store will launch, check if the issue persists.

Error Code: 0X80246008 on Windows 10

I can not download any updates or use the Windows store since installing Windows 10. I get error code 0X80246008. Any suggestions for fixing this that are not too complicated?
