Windows 10: Microsoft Store code redeem ends up in blank white screen

Hi there,I got this Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 1 Month subscription and it does not really let to redeem.I sign in into my Microsoft account on Microsoft Store a try to redeem, Store recognizes it is Xbox Game Pass key and chooses my next payment method, I click confirm and after just a few seconds it goes blank white.I tried signing out and in again, I tried using Xbox app itself, I tried using my browser, I tried using another device and nothing really seems to help. I also tried to Repair and Reset Windows Store through "Find and fix problems with Windows Store Apps".I tried using Windows Bu

Cannot buy games or redeem codes in the store

Cannot buy games or redeem codes in the store! every time i try to buy or redeem a code appears a white blank square..... what this could be? i have windows 10 updated and everything.

Can't find the games I redeemed via codes

Hi,

To download the games that were purchased or redeemed using a prepaid code on Windows 10, kindly perform the following steps:

• Using your Microsoft account, sign in to the PC where you want to install your games.
• On the Start screen, select the Store icon.
• In the Store, select Games from the menu.
• Browse and select the game that you purchased or redeemed using a prepaid code.
  
• Select Install.
  

Make sure that you are logged in with the Microsoft Account that you used to redeem the game's prepaid code.

I redeemed the code with my minecraft account for minecraft windows 10, but when i go to the microsoft store it says i need to buy it

I understand that you have already redeemed the code for Minecraft. I would suggest check the Order History in your Microsoft account to see if the code is already redeemed and
linked your account. To do that you can refer the article to
Redeem a gift card or code to your Microsoft, under ‘Troubleshooting’, please refer the section ‘The code was already redeemed’. After this, make sure to check if you have logged into Windows
Store using the same Microsoft account through which the code was redeemed.

If the code is redeemed, linked to your account and if you have logged in with the same account in Windows Store on your system, but you are still not able to find the option to download and install the game, I would suggest you
to follow the steps below and check if it is helpful to you.

Steps to reset Windows Store:

1. Click on the Start button, type
   cmd, right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
   
2. Type wsreset.exe and press
   Enter.
   
3. The execution of this command may take some time, after which, you can check if you are able to install the game.
