Windows 10: Microsoft Store and Apps not opening

Hello, I'm running 22h2 and the Store and Apps will not open. I've tried the wsreset and get a purge error. There is no cache to clear in the store directory local state folder, DISM didn't work, SFC /scannow didn't work, the time and date are correct, and an inplace upgrade didn't work. The only thing that will fix it is the powershell GetAppxPackage/Add Appx -Disable DevelopmentMode command. However once a new profile is created, the Store may or may not work again and I have to run this Powershell to resolve it. Any ideas what could be breaking? When it doesn't work, event viewer shows

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
