Windows 10: Microsoft serial number cannot be found

My serial number cannot be found. I am typing in the correct number and I have talked to Microsoft "support" numerous times and it’s just a robot. I would like to talk to an ACTUAL person. I paid 1,300 and I’m still currently paying it off would love if someone could help. I need the serial number to add it to my Microsoft account to find my bitlocker key

I'm confused?? Is the computer listed in the Microsoft Account/Devices page or not? If not, you have to register it and it may take a couple of days to register in the Microsoft Store.

 

Serial number

The serial number should be on a sticker somewhere on the desktop.

You can also go into the BIOS to find the serial number.

If you did not do so or the device is not present there you may find the serial number in the bill of the laptop.
