Windows 10: Microsoft sculp mouse with USB issue

Hi,I have the Microsoft sculpt mouse with USB and the keyboard.The Microsoft sculp mouse started acting weird yesterday. The left mouse click does not work properly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the mouse. I have checked the USB port it works fine—but it is still the same problem. The left mouse click only works when I have right-clicked, not otherwise.Thanks in advance./ Andreas

Microsoft Sculp Ergonomic keyboard and mouse transceiver broken

Hi, I managed somehow to break the transceiver of my MS Sculp keyboard and mouse. Is there anything that i can do? Can I buy a replacement?

Microsoft Sculp Ergonomic Desktop mouse button click is not working properly

I bought Microsoft Sculp Ergonomic Desktop keyboard and mouse from Amazon two years ago.

Now the mouse buttons, both left and right, do not respond on every click every time.

I have to click twice on most of the time. It's very annoying.

I found many people had the same issue for years.

I am wondering what the warranty is? Is it possible to have it replaced or fixed?

Microsoft Sculp Keyboard num pad issues

Maybe somebody had same issue. Recently bought from Amazon and shipped to Moldova Microsoft Sculp Ergonomic Keyboard whole bundle with mouse and num pad. And last weeks i noticed strange behavior in num pad. Each key when i press it makes the noise as if
some plastic membrane in underneath each key. And also each press is kind of sticky. After pressing few times, it becomes normal, but the the same pressing depth and fill as on the keyboard itself.

Maybe there is a way to restore it, if not how can i get warranty for that issue?

Would appreciate any help, since i like that product very much and want it to work properly.
