Windows 10: "Microsoft Quick" Languages - How to disable?

I was wondering what Microsoft Quick was in the language toolbar. I have recently had my computer switching to Chinese, even though I do not have a chinese language pack installed on this machine. I have found no way to remove it and it has now started to automatically switch to Chinese. I have not found a way to disable this in windows language and region settings. Within Microsoft Office I have also checked however there is no Chinese Language pack install either. Is there an easy way to remove this from my language preference panel? Disable "Quick Access"

You may try the steps listed for
v1607 here, and reverse the earlier method you used to disable Qa.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Type settings in the search box.
• Click on time and language.
• Click on region and language.
• Click on add a language.
• Select the particular language and then make it as default by right clicking on the language and click on as default.
