Windows 10: Microsoft Photos Legacy not working

In my attempts to remove as much Microsoft junkware and walled-garden-apps as I can, I removed all traces of OneDrive, Teams, etc, from my Windows 11 Pro latest version.I installed the MS Photos app, and it has OneDrive baked in. So I removed it and got the MS Photos Legacy app instead, but upon opening this "legacy" app I get the error:"We couldn't migrate your Data. Check back after you've updated Microsoft Photos to the latest version. It will be available soon PhotosInternalError: AppNotInstalled"I have no data to migrate, and I don't want the new Photos app because it pushes MS account-

Windows 10 Microsoft Photos has stopped working.

This issue often caused by a corrupted files. For us to have your Photo app working, we suggest that you restore Photos app package by following these steps:

• Click on Start.
• Type PowerShell, and select Windows PowerShell
  from the list of result.
• Type this command and press Enter:
  • Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
• Restart your computer. Check if the issue persists.

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
