Windows 10: Microsoft Photos File System Error -2147219196

Everytime I try to open a photo with the "Microsoft Photos" app, the app opens. Then, it remains completely black for around 3 seconds.
After that, it closes automatically and I receive this error:



I tried to unistall it and reinstall it. I tried to repair the app through the settings. I tried to RESET the app through the setting.
All the things above were done several times, not just one time
And nothing, the app just don't work.
Recently I have uninstalled some things in the PC, I think this may be the issue. Maybe I have uninstalled something important, but even if I go with this hypothesis, I don't really know what was that.

Any moderator or user can help with this?

Microsoft Photos File System Error -2147219196

After installing the Windows 10 Update 1909 update, my Photos app automatically shuts down with the file system error -2147219196 whenever I try to open an image file. Similar threads
suggested resetting or repairing the Photos app or re-installing the app entirely but none worked for me. I will be glad to get any help.
