Windows 10: Microsoft office sign in error 0x80190001

I just have bought microsoft 365 familly. I can sign in online 365 account, but when i download 365 office, i can not sign in. Error 08x0190001. Please help to check. I tried some way to solve problem such as change wifi, update windows, re-setting proxy,... but i still can not sign in. Please help to check and solve it.Thank you

0x80190001 error

I'm trying to log in to my Microsoft account on any app that supports it, such as the Microsoft Store or the XBOX app, while on Windows that is owned by a different account.

Example: Account A signs into Windows, but Account B signs into the Microsoft Store.

I'm hit with the "0x80190001" error code any time I enter the correct code for the 2-factor authentication.

I should note that Account A can sign into the store with no problem, but Account B cannot, and is given the 0x80190001 error.

I've repaired the Microsoft Store, I've run the troubleshooter, I've run SFC, I've run everything. Throw solutions at me.

Error 0x80190001 on two different devices

Hello

I am trying to play games on Xbox (PC) but when lauching any game i get the error 0x80190001. I get the error on both a desktop and a laptop. I have seen other people with the same error and tried the troubleshooting steps that was involved with those and it still hasnt worked. I cant even sign in with a new account because the same error occurs.
