Windows 10: Microsoft office files excel, word not opening after Windows 11 24H2 upgrade

Hi everyone, Recently few of our Company's Computers got updated to Windows 11 24H2, Since then we are not able to open any microsfot office 2013,2016 files like excel, word,power point. The only work around we found is to use "Go back" option under System > Recovery to go back to the previous build i.e, Windows 11 23H2. but this option is only available for 10 days after the upgrade. Few Computers has passed this period and we are left with no option but to reset the Operationg System. Since there is more number of Computers it is difficult to do so in a short time. I am working in Windows 10 home version 1909.
Can not afford an upgrade.
My Office files are old, dont know what version.
Cant remember how I updated this laptop to Windows 10 months ago.
PROBLEM:
I can not open any of my Office files; Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
I looked for my Windows old file as suggested, and it IS gone.
Haveing a small breakdown, will step away and return in a few...ANY DIRECTIONS AND ANSWERS WOULD BE GREAT!!!!!! PLEASE WRITE THEM IN STEP BY STEP FORMAT. Thankyooouuuuuuuu!

I need to convert Quattro pro files to windows Office 2007

The link says for Office 2000 and 2003. Will this work for 2007?
