Windows 10: Microsoft Family Safety Not Recording Activity Since Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2024

Hi,I'm experiencing an issue with Microsoft Family Safety. Since Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2024, it has stopped recording website visits and screen time for two different family members.It still detects and blocks access to restricted apps and websites, but it’s not logging any activity.I also tried removing one family member and adding them back to see if it would resolve the issue, but nothing has changed.Is this a known issue or service outage? Could it be a bug?Thanks for your help!

Microsoft Family Safety not working - "no activity reported"

I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better.

• Which web browser are you using on the system?
• Are the settings on the Family Safety options on your computer are the same with the one on
  http://familysafety.live.com?

I suggest you to login with your parental account and check if you are able to manage the family settings.

If the issue still persist, it might appears that the Child account is not configure correctly. I suggest you to remove the Family Safety and configure it again.

How do I remove Family Safety?

Now, setup Family Safety.

After creating the child account, you can then go to the Family Safety website, login using the parent account and then manage your child's restrictions and monitoring options.
